ABOUT DARLENE LEE FIGGS

MINISTERY

Darlene was born and raised in Christian family in Baltimore, Maryland. Her family attended Hemingway Temple A.M.E. church where she served and took her first steps in following Jesus. She  began her career at a very young age going on stage with important Gospel choirs. Successively she studied voice at the prestigious "Peabody Conservatory "of Baltimore and entered the music world, performing jazz  rhythm and blues; at the same time earned her diploma in electronic engineering. She became famous in the pop music panorama internationally. For several years she has been a guest in Italy where she also was able to know and grow in Christian evangelical environment. After a period of reflection and having a new objective to reach and minister the message of salvation worldwide she is writing new songs for worship and evangelization.
